Shipping & Returns

Shipping information makes every effort to ensure the products ordered by customers are delivered free of damage and on time. During shipment all articles are wrapped and packed in a cardboard box. We bear no responsibility for products during shipment; all parcels, however, are insured.

A parcel must be checked in the presence of a courier. If a product has been damaged during shipment, the parcel must not be accepted and a relevant form must be filled in. The courier must have a relevant document. A short note must be made why the parcel has been rejected. Please, notify about this fact immediately to get further information.

It is essential to select the right country in the shopping-cart bar. If the country selected does not correspond to the address provided at registration we will be unable to proceed with the order. If this should happen, you will be notified of the fact within by e-mail 24 hours. 

Parcels are shipped to the United Kingdom and  European Union only. 

Orders are processed within 5 to 8 working days.

Delivery time within 3 working days with the signed for courier from the day of dispatch.

Please note that shipments to EU may take longer. Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday only. When goods are sent you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation and tracking details available at your order. We select only reliable courier companies for shipments.


If for any reason the shipment is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail.

Any enquirers, complaints and problems concerning shipments will be answered by e-mail within 24 hours.

Returns information 

 Consumer rights for returning goods falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

You have right to return the goods and entitle to full refund within 14 days of the item delivered to customer.
